Played Bear Branch today. The course was bone dry. I was really suprised. I was going to hit Conroe tomorrow, but my brother wants to ride with me and not pay for the gas so I am not going. I am going to hit Kingwood tomorrow afternoon after 3pm with my nephew and some friends.

We are having the Ike Invitational tomorrow at T.C. Jester :eek:. We are hoping to start around Noon :cool:. We'll play until the limbs start falling :D.

Neal & I played The LINKS at Quail Valley (http://www.dgcoursereview.com/course.php?id=2576) today and the wind was wicked for the first half of the course and then died down to absolute zero for the second. We felt like we'd played through the outer bands and made it into the eye of the storm for the finish.

Played 18 at Missouri City Community Park (http://www.dgcoursereview.com/course.php?id=938) today. No one else out there. Wind was pretty gusty at 2:00PM.

Ruben, Robert and I joined up with Dennis and played 18 over at Jester at around 12:30 - 2:00.

Wind wasn't too bad at that time. It's really starting to get gusty over here at the NW corner of Loop 610. Not a drop of rain though! :eek:

I just got back from McDade in Conroe, great day for discgolf, no rain, just cloudy and cool, I was able to play 4 Northside courses today with almost no one on the course.

9:30pm in Missouri City and still have power. No rain. Wind that's not too bad yet. Fingers crossed.

Met down at Moffitt this morning at 10am with a group of six. Wind was a bit gusty and required some good shots.

Lots of tricky putting games in the backyard while waiting for the storm. Still have lights up here in Spring at 9:55pm.

I had my practice basket set up on my porch, and I was bored, so my nephew and I opened the sliding glass door, and stood in the dinning room, and were shooting discs across the living room, and out the door to the basket. We had a blast till my wife caught us.:(
