You know a year ago...okay yeah... i could use them recently. The beer is definitely on the top of the acceptable/encouraged list... unless it's Chuck's selection you seek, in which I would suggest a keg of Dr. Pepper. That's only a two day supply for him though.

If I do run one this year (I don't want to be a Certified official since I think it is meaningless) it will probably be in Nacogdoches since they just installed a brand new course that is harder than anything around Houston.

Well....you have to run an invitational to get one. Is your's the week after Scooter's? Oh wait... Matt actually agreed to run the invitational and let us call it a Birdshot Event so that we could actually have a "good" tournament with our name associated. It was very nice of him to do that. I guess I shouldn't have said all that. Smoke and Mirrors. Pay no attention to the kid behind the tournaments. (enter Chuck in a flying monkey costume) Apparently when Birdshot arrived in Houston the house we were traveling in landed on Gary Duke. We cant find him.

The "final" this year will be the B-tier at Brooks....as far as the invitational goes, the day-of course that we're playing again in a couple of weeks here in Clear Lake would actually be a great place! You should come out & play it on the 21st & see what I mean. Now....I doubt if that will be where Chuck holds the invitational...I'm just saying it wouldn't be a "bad" place to have it. Birdshot will need to mull that over & decide where & when it's going to be....stay tuned!

It would be nice if I could make it but starting the 20th I will be almost 3 hours north of Houston in Nac! If I am really lucky maybe I will find a way to the Gonzo B-tier that weekend but my hopes are looking bleak.

Vibram will be a BLAST though! The only event possibly better is USDGC. One more week until my tee time!

Pioneer and Pecan will get old fast considering double digits under is possible with a good round!

Luckily the new course has an SSA of probably 58-60 so it will take a while to burn out on that course.

The Birdshot Invitational will not be in January as originally planned. At this time, there is no date for it. Birdshot will wait until enough funds are available to make it a tournament worth being invited to.
