I will be moving to Austin tomorrow for school. Before I leave, I would like to thank everyone in H-Town who I've met and grown fond of over the past couple of years. A huge thanks to anyone who has helped me with my game or showed me some helpful tips along the way. You guys have showed me the ropes of the sport, but most importantly, you have demonstrated that disc golf is a family more than it is a sport. You will all be missed:)
Spring Valley Crew: Don & Andi, Jim Kelly, Alex Hughes, Mark McCoin, Scott Coleman, Seth Johnson, Justin Ellsworth, Edward, Mr. Ed, Larry Kruse, Thomas Burks, Stillwagon, T.J., Travis Greenway, Joe Hague, Shawn Galloway

I know I forgot a ton of people.
Hoping to see some familiar faces at Shawshank in September if I can make it back in town.

"disc golf is a family more than it is a sport" Well said my friend and Im honored to be part of this family we are building down here in H-Town. You thanked a lot great people and I am honored to call my self one of them. You mentioned that you learned alot from these people, but I'd like to say, that I learned even more from you. You were hard on me, but I needed it and my game has improved because of it. You're a great kid Chase and I trully believe you'll be an even better man. Go kick ass at St. Ed's like you always did here and the sky will trully be the limit. Peace Bra.

Dang! I'm so sad to read that we're losing you to another city Chase, but I'm hopeful that it will be only a temporary loss.
There are a lot of us homies that get up to Austin so I'll be looking forward to running into you out there in the near future.
I wish you all of the best Chase! I expect that you will do well with whatever you undertake. It's been a pleasure to chuck plastic with you!

Austin is a beautiful city that is the disc golf mecca of Texas. I know you are going up there to start your career in something that you will enjoy learning about. I'm sure you will do well since your learning curve is quite steep. 1st in Advanced in a B tier is quick learning. Thanks for being a part of the Houston disc golf community and from the Birdshot staff: Thanks for playing in our tournaments. You brought a lot of quality and class to each and every one you were in. :)

I remember the first time I met Chase, he was standing in the little pond on hole 1 at SV. It was 45 degrees outside and the water had to have been even colder, fishing out his friends disc in his underwear... I thought who is that crazy kid!!! Much respect my friend.. Go get a great education and we'll catch up again soon, good luck and enjoy those awesome Austin courses

Anyways.
Let's keep it real. Just do things in moderation.
We don't want you coming back with a DUI, DWI or a BABY! :D
