Sponsorship for Lanier Middle School Requested

HFDS and Birdshot will be collecting old discs for the Lanier Middle School Disc Golf Club. You can donate discs either at the HFDS Central Houston Mini which will be at Powell this Sunday at 9 am or at Birdshot's Double Barrel at Jack Brooks on November 13th.

Also, while the Lanier MS DGC has a 100 yard field to throw on, they could really use two targets or baskets to go for a good cause. If anyone has a Traveler or Skillshot or such that they do not use much anyway, please message me through this message board and we can make arrangements to get it to the middle school club.

I have gone through the discs from last weekend. While we have plenty of drivers for the Lanier MS Club, we need additional an additional 10 putters and 8 mids.

Additional disc donations can be made at the Birdshot Monster Nine Mini this Saturday morning or at the HFDS Central Houston Mini this Sunday morning at Mason.

If you cannot make either of those, you can personal message me, and I will make arrangements to obtain your donated putters and mid-range discs.

The disc drive for Lanier MS Disc Golf Club was a great success. HFDS and Birdshot collected enough discs for each of the 23 students at Lanier MS Disc Golf Club to have a putter, a mid, a lightweight/understable driver, a stable driver, and a mini . Thanks for supporting this effort.
