Birdshot Mini/January 16, 2010

Hey Chuy, they would probably let you play casual with a group playing the mini, seems like a fun round of fundraising nothing more.

Nine brave souls came tro pray this morning in the slightly wet cold air...but the Birdshot luck held & it didn't rain on us! Thanks to Jim Davidson for six killer holes...not an easy round of golf (for me anyway!).

Results for our minis can always be found under the Minis link at www.houstonbirdshot.com. Lesli Trahan and Ryan Schmidt have perfect attendance at all of our tournaments so far. I'm thinking a stamped disc for either or both of them that can make it all the way through the year attending all tournaments. It will be hard for me to do that.

I did all three courses and some tee box work this weekend. I shot a 2 over at WW and will be playing WW for now on.

what I learned:
I learned that some golfers will not lift a finger and play a round of doubles instead of helping getting the course ready for the tournament they will be playing this weekend.
