Burke-Crenshaw League 2010

Birdshot will be running a disc golf league at Burke-Crenshaw Park in Pasadena in 2010. The first Spring League will start on Monday, March 15th and the league will run every Monday for six weeks until April 19th, 2010. Sign-up and Flex start from 4:30 – 5:30pm at the Burke-Crenshaw disc golf course.

Boy....three leagues now! Well, at least we're getting closer to the part of our website that says we ran eight leagues! Chris, where did you get that info anyway? We've only run two leagues....Brooks & Miramar....now Burke-Crenshaw will make three! Now the question is....will my wife let me play all three?

Chuck gave me the stats on eight leagues. I believe we're looking at each six week league as being an independent league, but you'll have to ask Chuck.

I'm going to play Miramar and Burke. There is now way that I can make it down to Brooks to start by 5:30. Heck, my office is over by Moffitt!

Just a bump & a reminder that we will start league this Monday March 15th....flex time 4:30 to 5:30. If nobody shows up, we will probably cancel it though...so if you wanna play you gotta show up! It was questionable with the possible redesign in the works anyway....but we'd love to run one out there if people are interested. Hopefully we'll see a few of you out there Monday afternoon!

Hey gang! I lost a car key last week when I came out to play with the leaguers! It's a lone Chrysler key with this year's PDGA bag tag as a key chain with my PDGA number on it (31520)....if anyone is out there playing & finds it please get in touch with your ol' pal Billy "Birdshot" Gilbert!

This summer league will run every Monday afternoon for six weeks. Sign-up and flex start from 5:00 - 6:00 pm at the Burke Crenshaw disc golf course.

Remember, it's your best four games out of six (or miss two weeks)...so if you're interested in playing you can still get in next week or even the week after!
