Default Current Course Conditions

I know we have some bad rain last week. How bad is the course looking right now, and with a week of sunshine, will it be somewhat dry next weekend?

Moffitt is very playable right now. I was out Sunday afternoon and managed to keep my feet dry and play my disc where it landed. There was some standing water in the expected spots, and scattered mud, but not that bad. All boxes were dry.

As we all know that Moffitt loses trees when Mother Nature sneezes, so you can just imagine the number of downed trees.

We played the front side yesterday. Thanks go out to all the locals who were clearing off holes while enjoying the cooler weather.

Going to be an easier course............again.

Not that bad...just fallen trees in the fairways.

Thanks. It normally cost me $6 in tolls to play this course, so I think I will take advantage of the free tolls.

Just played Moffit today. Lots of down trees, but very much playable. The down tress kind of make the course rather interesting to play. I hate to say it, but I kind of like it.

I guess I play Kingwood too much, because that is the kind of courses I like.

I played last Sunday morning - battled mosquitos until we got to hole 9 where a couple of nice gents loaned us their can of "OFF". That worked for about 3 holes and they were back with a vengence.

DO NOT FORGET YOUR REPELLENT - like I did - you'll be sorry.

The only downed tree that bummed me was the one laying in the middle of the tight fairway (for Moffit anyway) on #15.

All the other debris actually improved the challenge imho
