I can hardly wait to get to see the Snow Farm all greened up after 2 years of drought conditions!

It was so bad during Am Doubles last year, that I saw prickly pear cactus that were turning yellow and dying from the lack of rain!!!

I have heard that with the rains we've gotten this year, the ponds are full again and with any kind of luck, we might even have water flowing in the gulley on hole #8!

Bubba Berry has been a 3-time winner of the Big Boy division. Is anyone going to step up to challenge him??? I might jump up there just to give it a shot...maybe a long-shot, eh?

Randon has lined up an Austin cover-band for Saturday night's festivities and word is that the band is pretty good. Hope everyone is making plans for this year's edition of PYMWYMI.

I think Bubba Berry has had the advantage cuz he sleeps in an RV! Or maybe cuz his initials are the same as the division.

Who all is planning on attending this year's gig of PYMWYMI ?

After having it cancelled last year, I know I'll be thrilled to see its return to the schedule. Randon says that he's hired a fairly expensive cover-band for Saturday night's entertainment. With everything all greened up again, it should be one of the year's best parties (where some disc golf happens.)

I think Randon is a a little bit nervous about seeing a good turn-out, so if you can't post something up here, give him a shout or e-mail him and let him know you're planning on attending. I think it would help him sleep better if knows folks are inking it onto their schedule. [grin]

Hope to see all of the usual suspects out there on that weekend.

We've got a great weekend weather forecast for this one!

I heard from Randon yesterday that so far, we only have 2 confirmed players in Big Boys division ($100 entry fee) but he is anticipating that Bubba Berry will be back to defend his title again. Stimpy and I are the confirmed players so far...

Weekend festivities to include a live band on Saturday night and of course the bonfire around midnight. I've heard rumors that some folks will be wearing costumes on Saturday night too.

You know that you've heard about this tournament - it's one of the state's biggest non-sanctioned events and parties! PYMWYMI is a legendary disc golf event that you don't want to miss.

Camp in the camping area and plan on spending the entire weekend at the Snow Farm, playing, watching or staffing it - all will make for a fabulous weekend you'll remember for a long time!

If you've got "game" then step up for a shot in the Big Boys division, if you've got "party" then come on out and hang with the gang. Either way, it's going to be great weekend.

Hope to see you out there!

Larry
