Default Disc Flight Chart

Hi Everyone!

Please check out www.altitudediscgolf.com. We have a great resource when you are choosing your next disc---a disc flight chart. It’s free & it’s downloadable. Feel free to post it on your website, or at your courses.

After poking around a bit on the site I personally wouldn't do business with them. There is no physical address or phone number for the company anywhere on the site. There is no way I'm going to trust a set up like that with my credit card number.

Yeah, after I got a virus from clicking on a link from a PM I received on this site, I didn't click anywhere on that post.

It looks like there are a few concerns, so let me clear a few things up:

1. We're not here to advertise, rather to share information. That is why we are inviting members to look at the flight chart. We are here to further the sport of disc golf. Information is key to this. We want to be a part of disc golf communities around the country and we feel that sharing this is a good way to break the ice.

2. ChrisMacG - We are taking your suggestion to heart, you're right, we should have our address and phone number on the site, and we will have that posted by the end of business on 10/7. Let me assure you that we treat all of our customers information with high regard and will not use this for mallicious intent. We even offer payments through paypal itself for those who wish to make an alternative form of payment.

3. There are no viruses on the site. We are on a highly secure server and no PMs are present on the site. Any viruses that you found were from another source.

We look forward to actively participating with the disc golf community and appreciate all of your feedback. Thanks!

I got the virus from a PM on this message board (HFDS) when we got attacked by hackers. My original post wasn't directed towards your site. I didn't click anywhere on your post for safety reasons.

Well, I am sorry to hear that the site was hacked, that is disappointing. But we are still excited to be a part of the community either way, and we will be wary of PMs from here in the meantime.

Thanks,
Altitude Disc Golf

Fear not. I'll be weary of doing business with your company. In your three posts to this board you have:
  1. Advertised your business, poorly I might add.
  2. Demonstrated an inability to comprehend replies to your message.
  3. Insinuated that this site is still hacked and a safety issue.
I'd PM you to point out that the first thing you should do when you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging, but hell. This is more entertaining to read than the "This weather we're having..." thread.
